Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days, unless an item is on backorder. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. When your order has been processed and shipped, we'll send you an email confirmation with delivery information. If you need an order by a certain time, please contact us and we'll make sure to accommodate you.

Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS First Class Mail is uninsured and offers no tracking. If you would like to purchase insurance, please contact us.

We offer free standard shipping on U.S orders of $65 or more, and international orders of $300 or more.

International Customs

International orders may incur import duties and taxes from local customs agencies. Orders may also be delayed by these agencies. We have no control over these agencies or the fees and taxes they charge. We are not responsible for any damages or additional charges caused by local customs agencies. If an order has not arrived, there is a very good chance that your customs agency is holding the package. Please contact them for further information.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for any packages that might be lost, stolen or damaged during shipping. Please contact the shipping company for assistance.

Taxes

An 8.875% sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to a New York address.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items that are in their original condition (unworn, unused, undamaged) within 15 days of receipt, and we will be happy to issue you a refund, exchange or credit. Unfortunately, the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

If you want to return or exchange any items, please contact us before sending anything. Orders are returned at your expense and we highly recommend sending the package via a trackable and insured service. We are not responsible for packages shipped to us. If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping costs for the new item. Please include the original invoice with your return.
