How long does it take to process an order?

Our processing time is from 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. When your order has been processed and shipped, we'll send you an email confirmation with delivery information. Usually, we'll process an order quickly, but we're a small operation, so sometimes things can get backed up and we need the full five days to get an order packed and out the door. If you need an order by a certain time, please contact us and we'll make sure to accommodate you.

Do you have a physical location that I can visit?

We're only an online shop, so we don't have a retail location at the moment. Bummer, huh? We plan to in the future. But if you're in New York City, you can arrange to pick up your order instead of having it shipped. Please contact us if you'd like to pick up your order.

Do you offer shipping via USPS in the U.S.?

Yes we do! We offer First-Class, Priority and Express shipping to all 50 states.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on U.S orders of $125 or more, and international orders of $300 or more.

You've shipped my order overseas, where is it?

International shipping is very unpredictable. We ship via the United States Post Office and they can be very slow and don't offer much information in terms of tracking. Once the package is delivered to the USPS, we have no control over it and can only get the info that they provide, which is the same info you'll get with the label number. When the package arrives in your country, your local customs agency and post office can further delay the arrival of your order. We recommend checking with them.
